Consent to the processing of personal data

Hereby, the personal data subject (visitor of the website https://modernewshow.com/), acting freely, by his/her own will and in his/her own interest, and confirming his/her legal capacity, in accordance with Article 9 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”, gives consent to the Operator — Individual Entrepreneur Tatyana Yuryevna Sudarikova (OGRNIP 325784700307463) — to process his/her personal data under the following conditions:

1. This consent is given for the processing of the following personal data: last name, first name, patronymic, gender, phone number, and other information about the data subject voluntarily provided to the Operator when submitting an inquiry.

2. Consent is granted for the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automation tools.

3. Purposes of personal data processing: promotion of the Operator’s goods and services on the market, conclusion and execution of civil law contracts (selection of a service by the data subject, ticket purchase processing, and sending of informational messages related to the service).

4. This consent includes the data subject’s agreement to allow the Operator to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

5. The consent also includes the use of the Operator’s website analytics tools (including “cookies,” if enabled in the User’s browser settings) that collect and process anonymized data about website visitors, viewed pages, types and versions of browsers and operating systems, and the visitors’ geographic location. These data are processed for the purpose of promoting the Operator’s goods and services and improving the quality of the website.

7. This consent is valid for 30 days from the date it is given.

In the event of withdrawal of consent, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data if there are legal grounds specified in Clauses 2–9.1 and 11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data.” I hereby confirm that I am familiar with the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, as well as with the Operator’s Personal Data Policy. My rights and obligations in the field of personal data protection are clear and understood.
